Cordial Multi Services - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Cordial Multi Services and any individual or entity who engages our immigration services. By accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of Services

Cordial Multi Services is a private organization offering comprehensive financial and legal services including but not limited to:

• Immigration Services: USCIS form preparation and filing assistance, immigration consultation and guidance, document preparation and review, and case management and follow-up support
• Tax Preparation Services: Individual and business tax return preparation, tax planning and strategy consultation, tax compliance and filing assistance, and representation before tax authorities
• Bookkeeping Services: Accounting records maintenance, financial statement preparation, payroll processing and management, and business financial analysis

Important Disclosure: These services are offered by a private immigration service provider. You have the right to prepare and file your own USCIS forms without assistance from a private service provider. You may also contact USCIS directly at www.uscis.gov or call 1-800-375-5283 to obtain free information about immigration services and procedures.

3. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

• Immigration Services: Cordial Multi Services does NOT provide legal representation. For legal advice, you must consult with a licensed immigration attorney. We do not guarantee approval of any immigration application or petition. Results depend on individual circumstances, eligibility, and USCIS decisions. Processing times are determined by USCIS and are beyond our control.
• Tax Services: Cordial Multi Services does NOT provide tax legal advice or serve as a substitute for a licensed tax attorney. Tax results depend on individual circumstances, applicable law, and IRS decisions. We cannot guarantee specific tax outcomes or refund amounts. Tax laws are complex and subject to change.
• Bookkeeping Services: Cordial Multi Services provides bookkeeping and accounting services but does NOT provide certified public accounting (CPA) services or financial advisory services. For financial planning advice, consult with a licensed financial advisor.
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines for any service.
• Client assumes all responsibility for decisions made based on our services.

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Cordial Multi Services does not offer services to residents of or individuals seeking to immigrate to sanctioned countries as designated by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of the Treasury, or other relevant U.S. government agencies. Current sanctioned countries include Iran, North Korea, Syria, and others as may be updated by U.S. government authorities.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete
• You have the legal right to enter the United States or obtain the immigration benefit sought
• You will not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes
• You understand the risks and limitations of our services
• You have read and understood this Agreement

6. Payment Terms

• Service fees are outlined in our service agreement and pricing documentation
• Payment is required before services commence or as otherwise agreed
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• We accept credit card payments through our secure payment processor

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORDIAL MULTI SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Denial of any immigration application or petition
• Delays in USCIS processing or government agency decisions
• Changes in immigration law, tax law, or policy
• Actions or decisions of government agencies, including IRS and USCIS
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Lost wages, business opportunities, business interruption, or other economic losses
• Any damages arising from client's reliance on our services without independent professional consultation
• Tax assessment, penalties, or interest imposed by government authorities
• Errors or omissions in third-party services or government processing

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM.

Client acknowledges that Cordial Multi Services is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from client's use of our services, including but not limited to reliance on our services without seeking independent professional legal or tax advice.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cordial Multi Services, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Client's use of our services
• Client's violation of this Agreement
• Client's violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Client's provision of false or inaccurate information
• Client's reliance on our services without independent professional consultation
• Any claims by third parties related to client's immigration, tax, or business matters

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration under Texas law if mediation is unsuccessful

Client waives the right to pursue claims in court and agrees to binding arbitration as the exclusive remedy for disputes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Client consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

12. Assumption of Risk

Client acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with using Cordial Multi Services. Client understands that:

• Our services are not a substitute for professional legal or tax advice
• Immigration, tax, and business decisions carry inherent risks
• Government agencies may deny applications or assessments regardless of our services
• Client is solely responsible for reviewing all documents and information before submission
• Client should consult with independent professionals before making important decisions

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Client and Cordial Multi Services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
